So, this blog will tell you about traditional food of Kelantanese....

With the showmanship and about RM350K of own saving, the owner of Kelantan Traditional Restaurant manage to open the only one malay exsotic traditional food that compared with the foreign restaurant in Kota Bharu in early April of 1997. The spirit that he takes had made an good effort eventhough he know the risk of it during the economical issues during that time.


"At first the sales is not so good, not all people knows about the food and the specialities of my restaurant plus there is no publicity of my restaurant. My target is for the foreigner to know about the Kelantan Traditional food but at first the foreigner that came to Malaysia just want to see the culture and just like to shopping. But after nine months my restaurant has been operated, our sales has increase up to RM130K to RM150K per month. That was the first step that has made what I’m achieve now” said the owner of the restaurant, Mr. Muhd Sanussi.
Before this, Mr. Muhd Sanussi just target for the community of Malaysia, but the some of the courages he want to build up or be the first Malay people that have a 5 star of restaurant that compared with the other 5 star restaurant.

“This is because, there is not much or rarely we heard that malay restaurant that are same standard with the other restaurant that serve well with the decoration of the restaurant that interest customer to come in Town” said by the owner.


After three years the restaurant has operated, Mr. Muhd Sanussi restaurant has been certicicate the best Malay Restaurant in town by the Halal Journal for 2005 and 2006. “During that time, I felt very honored and felt so releive because all my hard work has been paid plus all that I want has been achieved. My ambition to opened a reastaurant that are globallic has been achieved,” said by Mr. Muhd Sanussi while show the certificate to the crew during that interview. Based on the stroy we know that now Malay people also can be same as the other races that have a globally restaurant and that shows that they also can compete among the public.
